Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for Kadr IPTV subscriptions.
1. Cancellation
You may request subscription cancellation by contacting support@kadriptv.com. When a customer portal is available, cancellation may also be handled there. Already paid monthly or yearly access usually remains active until the end of the paid period.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Include your account email, payment date and a short explanation of the issue.
3. Technical issues
If the service does not work on your supported Android TV device, contact support first so we can help diagnose installation, activation, internet connection or playback issues.
4. Digital access
Because the service provides digital access, refunds may be limited after access has been activated or used, except where required by applicable law or where a confirmed technical issue cannot be resolved.
